The roof of the new building is built on the ground,
including all electrical and refrigeration plumbing
Cranes are on-site, and the roof is being prepared to be lifted
Roof is lifted, and the "legs" fold into place - unbelievable!
Roof is up, "legs" are down and bolted. All in a couple of hours!
Shed is up, shows how much smaller the old factory is.
The old factory will eventually be used for bottling and distribution.
Concrete Panels are installed for Fire Protection
