THE PRODUCT
Our Apple & Pear Brandy is double distilled in a traditional pot still, then aged in recoopered French Oak barrels ex chardonnay barrels for a minimum of 4 years to create a new world version of the classic spirit known as Calvados in Europe.
Apple & Pear Brandy is traditionally served in a brandy balloon, warmed by your hand to enhance the wonderful fruit aromas and complex flavours.
